Growers Portal
Vendors across the world can view their open purchase orders over the web, build pallets, print labels and confirm despatch.

Cutting Sheets & Gang Payments
FreshDynamics allows easy entry and management of all cutting and harvesting processes including creation, issue, despatch, receipt and QA. Gang payments are recorded and calculated for Cutting Sheets and for Packhouse based on time/piece rate.

Lot Accounting, Rebates & Growers Returns
Lot Accounting allows tracking of produce (lots) from the receipt of goods to production and on to sales. As the lot moves, purchase, sales, packhouse and ad-hoc costs and revenues are attached to the lot to provide live profitability figures. Parameter settings control the rebate and commission rules to then calculate grower returns (vendor payments).

Traceability
Any product can be tracked forward from raw material on to production and sales and backwards. Traceability is also a feature of any transaction processed on the portable data capture devices which seamlessly interfaces with Dynamics AX. By recording plot/field/grower data in FreshDynamics, traceability links back the Lot to an individual plot and grower.

Quality Control
Quality Control (QC) checklists for different parts of the business can be triggered automatically. Action rules decide system actions on a pass/fail. History is maintained for every QC run against the individual record.

Transport (Haulage) Management
Haulage planning is driven through a single screen which can drill down to associated sales orders, purchase orders or tray/box/pallet movements. Routes can be defined along with internal costs and customer prices. These can be used to determine drivers’ pay/bonuses and can be used to find profitability on routes/driver/truck/trailer.

Trading
The Trade Sheet gives the trader one easy-to-use control centre. It links to the purchase orders, sales orders and transport modules while providing complete information on estimated/final costs. Drill down facilities enable users to find details on individual transactions and costs enabling informed decisions.

Portable Data Collection
Using portable scanners and data collection units data can be recorded and seamlessly interfaced with FreshDynamics. You have the peace of mind of getting a secure and user friendly solution for your business irrespective of whether data was entered through a handheld, the web or through standard Dynamics AX.

Grading
Grading functionality enables any product to be graded/re-graded into any number of different products of the same type. Labour and other associated costs can automatically be assigned to the grading process.

Pallet Builder
Pallet Builder functionality provides a single comprehensive screen to build Pallets and link to a shipment. Pallet capacity can be defined by product in FreshDynamics which then proposes pallets required based on sales lines selected. Easy to use drag and drop functionality allows the user to then increase/decrease pallet content, print labels (depending on where customer goods are being shipped to) and attach other despatch information.

Tray/Box/Pallet Control
FreshDynamics provides tools to track all kinds of packaging - trays, boxes and pallets. Whether the packaging is at the customer site, in-house or at supplier site, FreshDynamics will give you visibility of all your packaging.

EDI
The EDI module automates two critical supply chain functions; translating an electronic transaction from a supplier/customer directly into Dynamics AX and creating an electronic transaction to send to a supplier/customer.
