The demands of larger projects frequently require the skilled and tactful management of external resources and Index are highly experienced in the coordination of contributions from these independent organisations.

Index utilises “Sure Step”, an implementation methodology developed by Microsoft for the successful deployment of ERP Solutions. Sure Step blends the existing Implementation Methodology for Microsoft Dynamics and its associated implementation, migration, upgrade, and configuration tools. On the software side, Sure Step includes implementation, configuration, upgrade and migration tools for Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
